WoW's Shaman is a class that requires a bit of skill, but rewards that skill with a great deal of versatility.
You can be a whirlwind of death, a bolt-lobber of doom, or an excellent healer. Get the Dual Spec ability (at 30) from your trainer and you'll be able to switch between two builds.
