The 4.0 patch has landed (a week ago) and beyond the bugs, nerfs, buffs, and that & that there are some interesting changes.
Once you hit level 10 you get your pick of talents, what's different is that once you pick any talent you are locked into that talent specialization until you spend 31 points (gained at level 69.) So if you're a Paladin you will be Holy or Protection or Retribution. Since there are only 41 total points to spend, at level 85, you'll never be much of a hybrid.
So leveling, DPSing, and PvPing has changed a bit with the new talents, revised talents, new abilities, changed abilities, and so on. To help you sort it all out here's a set of 4.0 leveling guides.

4.0 Leveling Guides
The 4.0 patch is almost here and a lot of things are going to change, one of which is the talent system. Which things are a lot easier than before, there are some things to be aware of. Check out these leveling guides to see what's happening.
